Job description

Crawford & Boyle, LLC is a criminal defense and family law firm with two locations in Monroe and Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are looking to fill a receptionist/client intake specialist position at our Lawrenceville Office.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact with customers looking for an attorney.
  • Work with other staff members in answering phones and providing overlapping coverage for other legal assistants.
  • Handle calls with empathy, and enter information accurately into the client intake system.
  • Have a high school diploma and preferably a 2-year college degree, or relevant work experience. Prior office experience is preferred.
  • Attention to detail is very important.
  • Experience working with a multiline phone system.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and accomplish tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
  • Spanish language ability is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

Qualifications:
  • Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
  • Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
