  • Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge. Greets members and guests promptly and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance in the OTF studio.
  • Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
  • Giving studio tours
  • Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Following up on prospective clients
  • Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
  • Participating in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensuring all areas of the studio, lobby and front desk are kept clean and organized by accurately following the daily studio cleaning checklists (pre/during/post ) shift activities
  • Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls and customer care calls.
  • Should be willing and able to participate in 1-2 OTF workouts per week
  • Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
  • Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
  • Proper on-boarding of all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms
  • Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
Fitness Sales Associate JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You are friendly, positive, upbeat and bring a smile no matter what!
  • Previous sales experience and strong sales skills a plus
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties.
  • Functional computer skills required
  • Health & fitness minded people strongly preferred
  • STRONG SALES, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a Summer/seasonal position
Full time employees receive health benefits!
Compensation raises are given after 3 months of employment!
Commissions and bonuses can add another $2-$3 to the hourly rate!
Retention bonuses are given for every 6 months of employment!
