Job description

Custody Queens is seeking candidates that are interested in working for a firm that offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package to chosen candidates. We are looking to hire individuals in our Corona office for our Intake Specialist position. Applicants should have knowledge of family law, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration and Conservatorships, be comfortable answering questions, and dealing with various personalities.

· Screen calls from potential clients

· Perform initial telephone conference of potential client

· Input data from telephone conference into internal tracking system

· Schedule conferences with potential clients and available attorneys based on the potential client’s needs

· Draft retainer agreements for potential clients

· Ongoing communication with potential clients regarding intake process

· Track marketing campaign performance and monitor firm visibility

· Keep track of retainer quantity

· Communicate with attorneys prior to client intake and consultation, as well as follow up after retention

· Assist on cases as needed by faxing, mailing, drafting any correspondence needed

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess the ability to manage their time and tasks effectively. They will also be able to keep an upbeat attitude under high stress situations and while speaking with clients.

This is a full-time position with a very competitive compensation and benefit package which includes a 401(k) with employer matching. We offer numerous employee centric benefits and an alternative work schedule, which allows the staff to leave early on Friday.

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities
