The Behavioral Wellness Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Provide psychotherapeutic services to clients, addressing their specific emotional and social issues in a supportive manner.
• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring they are well-versed in compliance with federal, state, and county policies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each intern, adhering to audit requirements.
• Participate in intern evaluations including performance assessments and retention discussions, preparing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with Centralized Intake and other clinical supervisors to monitor intern case assignments and support their development.
• Engage in ongoing quality assurance processes, assuring compliance with documentation standards and appropriate funding requirements.
• Attend mandatory program and agency meetings, contributing to ongoing discussions about service enhancements.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records within the AWARDS electronic health record system.
• Offer clinical consultation for crisis and non-crisis situations through both virtual platforms and phone communication.
• Responsible for maintaining a tidy virtual workspace and reporting any issues that could affect client care.
• Participate in the implementation of clinical program objectives, adhering to established service delivery standards.
• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, aligning with agency goals.
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for new interns and trainees, ensuring a steady intake of skilled professionals.
• Ensure all interns complete necessary documentation for their respective universities and for the Behavioral Wellness Center.

In this role, you will focus on delivering mental health services to a wide range of clients, including adults facing addiction and recovery challenges, as well as families dealing with complex emotional and social dynamics. The Behavioral Wellness Center operates in a detoxification setting where sensitivity and adaptability are crucial. Your ability to relate to clients' unique backgrounds and experiences will significantly influence their healing journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Must hold an independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Proven skills in telehealth service delivery and access to a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote sessions.
• Currently residing within the United States is essential for compliance and connectivity.
