We are seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Behavioral Wellness Center, LLC. • Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and audit-compliant records for all clients and supervise interns under your guidance, ensuring documentation is thorough and adheres to agency policies.
• Conduct performance evaluations for interns, participating in processes related to acknowledgment, retention, and addressing performance concerns as necessary.
• Monitor intern caseloads to support positive clinical outcomes and provide guidance to ensure that assignments align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate regularly with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and other clinical supervisors to address ongoing issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in the ongoing quality assurance and improvement of client records and documentation processes to meet agency standards.
• Attend programmatic and agency meetings, contributing insights and staying updated on training and policy changes.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation as requested by the Director to ensure compliance and strategic planning.
• Provide clinical consultation and support during both crisis and non-crisis situations, engaging with clients via telehealth and in-person when necessary.
• Ensure that your workspace is well-organized and promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Engage actively in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns, ensuring alignment with program goals and requirements.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for interns, promoting compliance with ever-changing regulations and enhancing educational outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients in hospice care, many of whom face significant emotional and psychological distress related to their health conditions. You will focus on providing empathetic support to individuals and their families, addressing a wide range of concerns including grief, loss, and coping with chronic illness. Your therapeutic interventions will directly influence the quality of life for these patients, making compassion and expert care essential in your daily interactions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.
• Must possess an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth services effectively, ensuring a reliable internet connection.
• Must currently reside in the United States.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in psychotherapy techniques and crisis intervention.
• Previous involvement in intern training and supervision is valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 per year for this full-time role.
