Job description

L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed Property & Casualty professional and enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will play a key role in helping new and existing clients secure the right insurance coverage by quoting, binding, and servicing auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional client service.

To support your success in your first year, L.A. Insurance offers a $5,000 Employment Success Bonus*, paid out in milestone based installments as you progress and meet key performance goals. Those who are bilingual in Spanish are eligible for a $7,500 Employment Success Bonus*.

You'll also have the opportunity to earn $5,000 per month during your two month training period, with the potential to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
  • Proven success in sales or experience in a client facing environment.
