What You'll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients
  • Connect with agency purchased leads to understand their insurance needs
  • Educate clients and recommend personalized insurance solutions
  • Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other Farmers Insurance products
  • Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals
  • Maintain organized client records and manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
  • Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity in the community
