We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable administrative professional who plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. In this position, you'll provide essential clerical and organizational support to ensure accurate data management, timely processing of policy information, and seamless coordination across teams. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manually or electronically prepare and maintain lists or other records of data/information
  • Ensure accuracy of department information, files, reports, and records
  • Prepare memos, letters, reports, documents, lists or other records
  • Utilize software systems in entering, accessing or retrieving data/information in/from various systems
  • Provide appropriate departmental services for the needs of internal customers
  • Provide and maintain information for internal audits
  • Maintain internal underwriting manuals and process maps
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Efficiently utilize company and departmental information systems and software to perform job responsibilities
  • Respond timely to inquiries and reporting needs
  • Work in a harmonious manner, accept supervision and directions, and interact in a cooperative manner with supervisors, co-workers, internal customers, and other company personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills, with ability to timely and accurately organize, prioritize, and complete responsibilities
  • Must be dependable and able to maintain regular, predictable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Office environment; this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, as approved by manager
  • Frequently sit at a desk or other workstation for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally lift and carry equipment and/or materials weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Routinely bend, kneel, reach, see, be mobile and walk around
  • Must be able to attend and perform job duties effectively both in-person and virtually, as required by manager
