What You'll Do
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects while helping drive agency growth.
You'll:
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication
  • Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions
  • Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts
  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection
  • Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with consistency
  • Work toward individual and agency sales goals
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems
  • Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through, accountability, and work ethic
  • Work well independently while contributing to a team-first culture
