  • The base compensation for this position is $45,000 to $50,000/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

  • This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $85,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.

  • Must be able to develop your own leads through referral sources, including, but not limited to; realtors/brokers, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, automotive repair shops, bankers, businesses, and AAA member referrals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from Annapolis, MD.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics

  • Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads

  • Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred
