Job description

First National Bank of America is seeking an engaging Sales Assistant to assist the Account Executive(s) with getting a new mortgage file set up and ready for processing.  The ability to do this accurately and efficiently is important to the processing of the file from start to finish so that the loan closes on time. Leads and resources are provided for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting/splitting/labeling docs when a file is submitted
  • Communicate with broker to collect necessary documents and agreements
  • Income calculation, complete Income workbook
  • Communicate with internal parties to complete processes necessary to help the files through the process
  • Follow up on eConsent/eSign/Intent to Proceed (ITP)
  • Lending tech logins
  • Update Encompass contacts/new CRM

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of mortgage or lending experience preferred
  • 1 year of sales experience preferred
  • Will train the right candidate
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a bonus
