Job description

Fox Motors has a Sales Assistant opening in Novi, MI at Cadillac of Novi. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by developing and maintaining trust with our customers that will build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant assists the dealership with marketing both traditional and nontraditional, managing the CRM system and may take on additional projects to make ensure our customers have a remarkable experience.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries about vehicles and services.
  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Help maintain the vehicle inventory, including updates to the online listings and ensuring the showroom is well-organized.
  • Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives, providing information about vehicle features and benefits.
  • Assist with paperwork, including contracts, financing applications, and trade-in appraisals.
  • Support post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills; familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
