Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chinese speaking Sales Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our sales team. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the sales department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and provide prompt and courteous responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including scheduling and organizing Pre-Construction Meetings.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Follow up with clients regarding collections, project phases, and updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as architecture and Construction to support sales initiatives and projects.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or sales support is a plus.
