We are seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to join our growing Locum Tenens Division. This is an opportunity to step into a highly active desk, build lasting provider relationships, and generate significant income through a competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.


About the Role

As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians nationwide while partnering with healthcare organizations to solve critical staffing challenges. You'll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with access to established client relationships, industry-leading recruiting tools, and ongoing support from an experienced leadership team.


Key Responsibilities

Recruit and place physicians for locum tenens assignments across a variety of specialties nationwide.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians through phone calls, texting, email campaigns, referrals, and digital recruiting platforms.

Develop new client relationships and identify staffing opportunities through proactive business development efforts.

Match provider qualifications with client requirements, ensuring compliance with credentialing, licensure, and board certification standards.

Maintain accurate records and activity within Salesforce CRM and recruiting platforms.

Collaborate with leadership and account management teams to maximize placement opportunities.

Stay informed on market trends, specialty demand, and competitive intelligence.

Meet or exceed activity metrics, placement goals, and revenue targets.



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of physician recruiting experience, preferably within locum tenens or healthcare staffing.

Proven success in healthcare staffing, physician recruiting, business development, or consultative sales.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Experience utilizing CRM systems and recruiting technologies.
