Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives within the Insights, Data & Analytics (ID&A) organization. This role will drive execution of complex, cross-functional programs that leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing both Agile and Waterfall initiatives, excels at stakeholder engagement, and has a track record of delivering programs on time and with high quality. Experience supporting data-driven initiatives, AI-enabled solutions, or commercial process optimization is strongly preferred.
Your Day to Day:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across the Insights, Data & Analytics team
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business and data strategy priorities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, IT, Finance, and Commercial Operations
  • Drive adoption and integration of data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions into core business processes
  • Monitor program progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and at high quality standards
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage change across stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and insights
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership on program status, milestones, risks, and outcomes
  • Establish and promote program management best practices within the ID&A organization

Who we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Program & Project Management: Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams without direct authority
  • Data & Analytics Orientation: Comfortable working in data-driven environments; ability to translate business needs into analytical initiatives
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and drive actionable solutions
  • Communication & Executive Presence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership
  • Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and supporting adoption of new technologies or processes
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to collaborate effectively with data, engineering, and IT teams; familiarity with data workflows and systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What's nice to have:
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in business process automation and decision-making.
  • Background in commercial operations, sales enablement, or revenue cycle management
  • PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
