About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Expert Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, customer-facing software programs delivered at scale, with a strong focus on AI-driven and computer vision-enabled solutions. This role partners across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and external partners to drive predictable delivery, ensure release readiness, and uphold enterprise standards.

You will operate with high autonomy, managing multiple concurrent programs while influencing cross-functional teams and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and brings structure, clarity, and execution discipline to large-scale software delivery-particularly in AI and data-driven product ecosystems.

What You'll Do (Key Outcomes)
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple complex software programs, including AI/ML and computer vision-based initiatives, with predictable execution and on-time releases
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks across distributed teams and partners
  • Ensure release readiness, including quality gates, compliance, and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with external vendors to coordinate deliverables and resolve execution challenges
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights to leadership to support decision-making and risk mitigation
  • Continuously improve program execution, release processes, and operating rhythms to increase quality and efficiency

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within software organizations
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional software programs at scale
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and agile practices
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, with exposure to computer vision systems and data-driven applications
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholders in highly matrixed environments
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and external partners
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep familiarity with AI/ML systems, including model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) and computer vision use cases
  • Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (e.g., security, privacy, enterprise governance)
  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices and metrics (e.g., Agile, Jira, release dashboards, DORA metrics)
  • PMP or equivalent program/project management certification

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is$137,250.00 - 202,450.00USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
