Senior Program Management Integrator

Company:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative Senior Program Management Integrator (Level 5) to join our Air Proprietary Program Integration Office team located in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a cross-functional team and development of project plans, and deliverables in support of daily program execution. Specifically, this position works directly with integrated product teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule, quality and technical objectives and ensure customer requirements are achieved.

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong relationships with program team and supporting functions across organizational boundaries
  • Responsible for overseeing and driving execution of all key Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and ensuring seamless coordination of deliverables, communication, and PMBP within program IPTs
  • Leads development of project plans, deliverables and directs all project phases in support of daily program execution, ensuring roadblocks are removed and risks are mitigated
  • Champion development excellence principles and knowledge-first execution approaches across IPTs and program
  • Supports program baseline management and lead Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP)
  • Support program operating rhythm, CONOPS, performance management system / metrics, recovery planning and program status reporting
  • Drive effective performance metrics to track program level progress in technical, cost, and schedule requirements
  • Reports to Program Integration Office Senior Manager

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience with the implementation and use of Program Management Best Practices
  • Led a team who executed government required Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex development projects from inception thru fielding / sustainment transition
  • 5+ years of experience in collaborating and integrating various functional groups such as manufacturing, engineering and supplier management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • A Master's degree or higher
  • Well-developed organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with DOD and/or government acquisition processes
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data with the ability to dive into the details to understand, then presenting information to an executive audience in a clear, concise, and visual method.
  • Experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role.
  • Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives.
  • Experience organizing, facilitating and executing large meetings or events with executive and senior customer stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytics in support of communication efforts.
  • Experience working with sensitive information and safeguarding confidential information.
  • Proficient visual presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills needed to encourage cooperation with customers, stakeholders, and peers.
