The Microelectronics (μE) Product Line performs cutting-edge microelectronics research in its Science & Technology area and delivers advanced microelectronic products in its four Development & Production areas that advance mission capabilities across commercial and defense applications. We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to join our FAST Labs Operations Team to support our Mixed Signal and Digital Integrated Circuit Product Area which focuses on creating, implementing and maintaining the operational processes used to deliver the next generation of microelectronic products to the enterprise. Our Operations Program Manager will oversee managing major development projects in the Mixed Signal and Digital Product Area product line along with support of Product Lines new campaign programs. Support in this area will include developing a Quick Reaction Capabilities Process (QRC) in support of the rapid prototype process for S&T Product Line. The OPM will serve as the liaison between project management and planning, project team, FAST Labs Supply Chain, Quality, engineering design team and line management as the program design is proven out and ramps our customers' shipset rates per month along with the following duties:
* Works closely with all feeder and final factories on NRE and production build schedules, interfacing with factory leadership on a regular basis to ensure parts/assemblies are delivered on or ahead of schedule.
* Works with the Program to kick off technical insertions and transition to production for follow on program orders.
* Works closely with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to develop and execute Dual Source Strategies on high-risk parts.
* Prepares and implements project execution plans and identifies technical, manufacturing, and business resources needed for the program success.
* Oversee the program's quality and schedule to meet programmatic deliverables.
* Additionally, the OPM will assess the issues and lead the team to develop resolutions that meet productivity, affordability, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Provide guidance to identify the need for technical back up for decision making to the project team.
* Ensures program forecasts are updated accordingly and that all factories are aware of their future demand and staffing needs.
* Needs to identify and mitigate technical and schedule risks to program execution.
* Interface and coordinate production priorities within the Product Line. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of experience (6 years with a Master's degree) * Effectively manage projects of medium complexity and provide guidance. * Influencing skills required to achieve optimum solutions with the wider team and other functions/disciplines. * Lead and motivate the local team. * Lead monthly Program Reviews as required * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Outlook) * Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and operate independently. * Customer-focused with relationship-building abilities * Must have a current/active Secret Clearance. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * PMP Certification * Experience in program management or manufacturing/engineering environments. * Experience with microelectronic devices, fabrication or product lines. * EVMS experience Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
