Location: Londonderry, NH

Residential Resources is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Londonderry, NH, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are looking for a manager to support our Enhanced Family Care (EFC)/Shared Living Programs. We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on leader who enjoys being part of a team and believes that meaningful work can also be fun and rewarding.
As a Program Manager, you will support the individuals and their contracted home care providers/and staff if applicable. This role includes direct care shifts and participation in the on-call rotation.   Some of the responsibilities of the manager’s position include:
 

  • Ensure the overall health, safety, and well-being of individuals supported
  • Providing leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals and Home Care Providers.
  • Monitor clinical supports, behavioral plans, and medication administration
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards
  • Facilitate team meetings and promote creative problem-solving
  • Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and staff
  • Model professionalism, teamwork, and person-centered values
