The Insurance Team Member plays a critical role within a small, collaborative team structured with specialized sub-teams and hierarchical layers. This position focuses on supporting various insurance operations primarily involving auto, property and casualty, health, and life insurance products. The role offers opportunities for growth through specialist certifications and requires strong skills in policy administration and customer service without travel obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer insurance policies accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client communications
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and records
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain database integrity
  • Collaborate effectively within specialized sub-teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in insurance operations(must be licensed in P&C or L&H)
