Job description

Position: Parking Enforcement & Lot Operations Associate
Location: Seattle (North Seattle - Multiple Sites)
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (~10am - 6:30pm)
Pay: $23.50/hr. (+$1.25/hr. pay differential for hours 5:30pm and later)
Express Employment Professionals - North Seattle is hiring a Parking Enforcement & Lot Operations Associate for a local client that manages multiple parking facilities across the Seattle area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and spending time outdoors while helping ensure parking facilities are operated effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Patrol assigned parking lots and issue parking violations/tickets in accordance with posted rules and policies.
  • Identify issues like trash, improper use, etc. and either resolve or escalate.
  • Update and change parking rates at pay stations as needed.
  • Drive your own vehicle between approximately 10-15 different parking locations per shift.
  • Perform frequent walking and standing while monitoring lots.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability and comfort with extensive walking and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
  • Written and verbal communication skills and English proficiency.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with the public.
  • The ability to use a smart phone (client issued) for work.
  • Previous parking lot experience, driving experience, enforcement, field work, or inspection experience is helpful but not required.
