Location: Tukwila, WA, In-person

Job Type: Full-Time Contract-to-Hire

Pay Range: $24โ€“$27/hour DOE

USCutter is a leading supplier of wide-format printing, vinyl cutting, and customization equipment for businesses, creators, and makers across the country. We are a fast-paced company looking for a flexible and dependable Operations Associate to support multiple areas of our daily operations.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Responsibilities may vary daily and can include retail sales support, office administration, inventory receiving, and occasional warehouse fulfillment tasks.

This position will begin as a contract role with the opportunity to transition into a regular full-time employee position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting customers in our retail showroom
  • Answering phones, emails, and general customer inquiries
  • Performing general office and administrative support tasks
  • Receiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments as needed
  • Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
  • Picking, packing, and shipping warehouse orders as needed
  • Maintaining clean and organized workspaces
  • Supporting multiple departments with day-to-day operational needs
  • Helping ensure smooth workflow across office, retail, and warehouse teams

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and with a team
  • Ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods when needed
