Job Title: Operations Associate - Wealth Management
Company: Integrative Wealth Advisors, Northwestern Mutual

Employment Type: Full Time
Position Overview: The Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a fast-paced wealth management team. This individual ensures a seamless client experience by managing account paperwork, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and submit new account paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Facilitate account openings across investment and insurance platforms
  • Process client transactions including transfers, rollovers, distributions, and beneficiary updates
  • Monitor and track the status of account applications and transfers, following up as needed
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records and documentation
  • Coordinate with custodians, internal departments, and external partners to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure all activities comply with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Assist advisors and team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, or related field a plus)
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
