The Opportunity
As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and transformative initiatives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, using your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver value. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
