Position: Senior M&A Integration Advisor / Consultant
Client : Value momentum
Duration : 6 Months with an Extension
Main skills : M&A with Guidewire Mandatory or P&C Insurance
Main Skill : experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is required with C Level Executives on Post mergers Activities

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership throughout the merger and integration lifecycle
โ€ข Lead M&A integration strategy, planning, and execution activities
โ€ข Conduct IT due diligence, integration assessments, and roadmap development
โ€ข Drive application, infrastructure, data, and operational integration decisions
โ€ข Support TSA planning, vendor management, and contract-related activities
โ€ข Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder alignment, and change management initiatives
โ€ข Identify integration risks and recommend mitigation strategies
โ€ข Partner with business and technology leaders to establish target-state operating models and integration plans

Required Experience:
โ€ข Extensive experience leading M&A, post-merger integration, divestiture, and transformation initiatives
โ€ข Strong IT strategy, enterprise transformation, and integration planning experience
โ€ข Executive stakeholder management and advisory experience
โ€ข Change management and organizational transformation expertise
โ€ข Vendor, contract, and TSA management experience
โ€ข Ability to work directly with CIOs, CTOs, and executive leadership teams

Mandatory Requirement:
โ€ข Prior experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain is required.
โ€ข Candidates must have participated in or advised on P&C insurance mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
โ€ข Strong understanding of insurance operations, technology ecosystems, and integration challenges within the P&C sector is highly preferred.
