• Service-First (No Cold Calling!): We focus on helping customers who need us. You'll support clients with quotes, policy changes, and coverage updates-no aggressive "cold" sales required.
• Expand Your Portfolio: Already have a Life or Health license? This is the perfect way to add P&C to your credentials and increase your market value.

**You must be able to take the state exam in the greater Metro Detroit area.**

What You'll Be Doing:

• Expert Guidance: Support customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries.
• Policy Management: Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates with precision.
• Problem Solving: Navigate underwriting questions and help clients understand their protection.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure all transactions meet industry regulations and internal quality standards.

• Experienced Professionals: You have a background in customer service. Call center experience is a plus.

• Compensation:
• Training Phase: $18.00/hr up to 64 hours
• Licensed Phase: $23.50/hr (upon passing the state exam)
