The salary for this position is meant to be a safety net while you build your book of business with bonuses available available along the way. As an agent you would be an employee of the agency and therefore you would not have expenses, such as paying for an office, an assistant or for lead generation.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will operate as a consultative risk advisor, not just a salesperson.

You will:

Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and strategic community engagement.

Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial.

Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of top-rated carriers.

Prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building.

Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales technology platforms.

Continuously elevate your sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards.

This is an outside sales role with structured in-office collaboration and flexibility to manage your time effectively between field, office, and remote work.



Requirements

Preferred Backgrounds:

Sales, account management, retail, hospitality, banking, logistics, or service leadership

Experience in consultative selling or objection handling

Active Insurance License is a plus
