This is your opportunity to share your passion for wellness in a premium community environment, where you'll inspire residents to move, sweat, and feel their best.

Location: 420 Elmington Ave, Nashville, 37205, TN
Location:100 John Green Pl, Spring Hill, TN 37174
Class Type: Barre
Class Size: Intimate sessions with 3-15 motivated residents-perfect for building community and connection.

  • Weekday evenings: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Who You Are:

  • A passionate fitness professional who loves motivating others

  • Experienced in leading group fitness classes (Zumba and/or Barre)

  • CPR and AED certified (required)

  • Fitness certification or relevant degree (preferred)

  • Insured or willing to obtain liability insurance

What You'll Do:

  • Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun  Barre workouts

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants

  • Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance

  • Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity

  • Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
