Job description

HR INFLUENCE LLC is seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced individual for the role of Executive Producer. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of video and related media production, serving as the glue that holds each project together from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, manage, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
  • Effectively guide the creative process, collaborating closely with directors, writers, designers, and other creative resources both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and supervise all stages of project development and production, including initial creative concepting, pre‑production, production, post‑production, delivery, and reporting.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing status updates, and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in the strategy and creation of pitch materials to win new business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years experience as an Executive Producer, or in a comparable role managing complex creative production projects.
  • A strong understanding of video production and post‑production processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure situations, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
