Job Responsibilities:
  • Serves as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for CS Partners, consistently delivering excellent customer service to executives, staff, visitors, and callers.
  • Screens, directs, and addresses incoming calls as appropriate.
  • Manages executives' email and calendar.
  • Schedules and coordinates appointments, meetings, and conference calls that involve CS Partners Senior Leaders.
  • Prepares agendas and other materials for meetings.
  • Builds and maintains productive working relationships across Christus and CS Partners teams, and leverages those relationships to coordinate efficiently and drive successful outcomes.
  • Works on projects and initiatives, as assigned.
  • Prepares correspondence, completes reports and forms, compiles and verifies data as needed.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements.
  • Processes and submits expenses in a timely manner.
  • Any other special projects or duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to interact professionally, warmly, and effectively with executives, staff, and external partners at every touchpoint.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and practices thorough follow-up.
  • Ability to envision the implications of decisions and actions for stakeholders inside and outside of the company.
  • Skilled at developing and nurturing relationships across Christus and CS Partners teams and leveraging those relationships to advance priorities and achieve results.
  • Proactive planning and timely execution of duties, while also responding to external and internal demands.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive management and staff at all levels.
  • Advanced capabilities with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, such as Webex and Teams.
  • Adept at proofreading documents, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other visual means of communication.
Education:
  • High School Diploma, required.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Work Experience/Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of comparable executive-level support.
  • Previous healthcare administrative support, preferred.

Pay Range: 24.00 - 35.00 USD per hour

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
