Job description

Job Title: Data Processing Coordinator, Seasonal - JostensPIX
Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal, Non-exempt (eligible for OT)
Position: Must have full availability Monday - Friday; mid June - November
Location: On-site in Eagan, MN
THE ROLE:
Love organization, problem-solving, and keeping things moving behind the scenes? This on-site Eagan, MN role supports our Operations team through School Picture Day data processing and materials coordination that help bring each event to life.

YOU WILL:
Data Entry/Processing
  • Retrieve, organize and manipulate data provided by customers
  • Ensure data is accurate and complete
  • Identify discrepancies within data and collaborate with Operations team to mitigate data issues
  • Process incoming contracts/agreements and translate data into internal tracking systems
  • Follow all data retention policies and privacy agreements
  • Identify and resolve issues identified during the quality assurance process
Administrative Support and Collaboration
  • Develop excellent working partnerships with internal teams to better address all customer needs
  • Work closely with the Operations team to fulfill daily business operational needs
  • Collaborate with the Digital Fulfillment Team to support any operational activities
YOU HAVE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and organization in a defined process
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable sitting in front of a computer 90% of the time
  • Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong computer software skills to grasp and adapt to internal systems and processes easily
  • Flexible disposition and ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing a variety of operational needs
  • Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven
  • Willingness and initiative to take on additional responsibilities to support team members and customers
Preferred:
  • 2+ years related work experience in a similar role(s)
  • Customer service experience
  • Background or keen understanding of data converting/transcribing
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
