Job description

Job Decription:

Our Wooster office seeks a full-time corporate attorney to handle negotiating and drafting of all types of agreements and advising clients on basic business matters.

  • Well-qualified candidates will have experience as first or second chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions, real estate purchase transactions and/or commercial leases, and compliance.

  • Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or tax planning matters is a plus.

  • Experience negotiating and drafting contracts, counseling business owners on transactions
