SISIP Financial is seeking a Project Coordinator in insurance services to help drive our business evolution and strategy execution. As an integral part of the Operations and Practice Leadership Team, the Project Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and rewarding work setting.

The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing a variety of hats. Key responsibilities of this role are project coordination, communications and training support, and facilitation of business processes. Experience in insurance services and leveraging technology to gain efficiencies and improving processes will be critical for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Certifications and Licenses

College diploma or certificate in a related field AND several years of experience in administration or a related field

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination: Assisting the practice leadership management team with scheduling, recruitment, database management and licensing applications and verifications. Working with managers to develop content for advisors including maintaining and updating online tools for insurance services. Conducting research and analyze data to make process improvements, recommendations, or gain insight on the delivery of programs, projects, events and other organizational activities.

Business Support: Assisting with insurance services various required support such as coordination of meetings, KPI reporting, budgeting, invoice processing and document management. Participating in the development and review of policies, procedures and business processes. Performing and coordinating day-to-day administration activities and other related duties as required.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
