About the role:

  • Review loan documentation for funding compliance with internal funding policies
  • Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service standards and turnaround times
  • Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items for funding via phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve complex contract issues
  • Process any documents received such as contracts and trailing documents
  • Provide lost/missing contract research as needed
  • Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required
  • Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders
  • Emails internally and externally in a timely manner
  • Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform in real time and immediately

What we're looking for:

  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English for our clients across Canada (50% English, 50% French)

  • You possess an exceptional attention to detail while operating under a sense of urgency
  • You have strong analytical and arithmetic skills
  • You know your way through advanced internet browsing and have amazing investigative skills
  • You have strong phone contact handling and active listening skills

Extra- awesome to have:

  • Previous experience in a lending, automotive related business, or financial services
  • You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration

Working condition

  • You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 9 AM to 9 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.
