Votre rôle

Vous assurez la performance opérationnelle du département : planification, organisation, direction et contrôle des activités. Vous contribuez activement à l’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser la SST, la qualité, la productivité et le taux de service.

Responsabilités
  • Agir comme ambassadeur de l’organisation et incarner nos valeurs.
  • Gérer l’équipe : besoins de main-d’œuvre, formation, vacances, performance et discipline.
  • Mobiliser et coacher les équipes dans un climat harmonieux.
  • Être présent sur le plancher pour bien comprendre les enjeux.
  • Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs de performance.
  • Analyser la production, les pertes, arrêts et rendements pour orienter les priorités.
  • Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue (Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
  • Traiter les plaintes clients et corriger les écarts qualité.
  • Proposer des projets alignés avec les orientations stratégiques.
  • Optimiser la fibre et le rendement matière.
  • Suivre la cédule de production avec la planification.
