Job Roles & Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients, focusing on the real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors.
  • Identify client needs, present tailored insurance solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, claims, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and risk management teams to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely coverage solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clients portfolios to ensure comprehensive coverage and identify additional cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Benchmarks footprint in target markets.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to provide market insights and identify emerging opportunities in commercial insurance.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and build a pipeline of leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer support, to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive analysis, and client needs to enhance product offerings.

Client Retention & Satisfaction

  • Proactively manage renewals, ensuring high retention rates by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and NPS surveys, addressing issues promptly.

Expierence, Education and Skills

  • 5+ years in senior account management or sales roles within the insurance industry Advanced sales and business development capabilities
