Job Title - Director, Mass Torts

Impact You'll Make
Lead complex client engagements within Stout's Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group, with a focus on mass tort claims.
Provide value-added consulting services through high-quality economic damages analyses, claims analysis, and related data analysis.
Strengthen client relationships, cultivate new business opportunities, and support the continued growth of the practice.
Develop team members technically and professionally while enhancing practice management processes and delivery standards.

What You'll Do
Oversee and perform key client engagements, including economic damages calculations and mass tort-related analyses.
Manage client relationships and serve in an engagement-management role across multiple matters.
Prepare and/or review written reports, exhibits, demonstratives, and other client deliverables.
Lead business development efforts, including expanding existing relationships and cultivating new ones.
Deliver marketing and technical presentations to clients, prospects, and industry audiences.
Develop internal systems and processes to improve work product delivery, staff development, and practice efficiency.
Pursue continued professional advancement through designations, training, and continuing education.

What You Bring
Minimum of 10+ years of consulting experience in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience at a professional services firm preferred.
4-year degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Professional designations welcome, including CPA, CFA, ASA, CMA, CIRA, CTP, and/or CFE.
Experience and expertise in mass tort claims required; related insurance analysis experience is a plus.
Ability to critically analyze financial statements, claims data, and other financial documents.
Strong leadership, client-management, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
