The Casualty Claims Associate is responsible for a wide range of key responsibilities which are dynamic and flexible, and which can change depending on business needs and circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of an office, ensuring smooth functionality by managing tasks like scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems, all while prioritizing efficiency and organization within the workplace
  • Handle Office payables
  • Maintain and update contact sheets for first reporting, program contacts, Third Party Claims Administrator personnel, etc.
  • Collect, scan and distribute paper mail or electronic mail
  • Responding to calls and email inquiries regarding mail and claim inquiries
  • Participate in special projects assigned by Claims Managers
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Verification of transactions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of and competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized, able to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Work and learn in a team environment
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
