Job description

The Associate Program is built for experienced, highly motivated self-starters who already know how to sell and want to build their own book of business on their own terms. You'll operate with a high degree of independence for up to a year, setting your own schedule while receiving mentorship and training through the 95th district office. This program is designed for people who already bring proven sales experience and want to establish a strong client base and personal brand while working independently. Compensation is commission-only, with bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Present and explain insurance products and coverage options to prospective and existing clients
  • Generate and manage your own pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and self-directed prospecting
  • Develop and execute personal marketing plans to build your presence and attract new clients
  • Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Service existing policies, including coverage reviews, updates, and renewals
  • Process new business applications and required documentation
  • Track your own production goals and adjust your approach and strategy independently
  • Participate in periodic mentorship, coaching, and training sessions through the district office

Requirements
  • Proven self-starter with strong personal motivation and discipline
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Willing to obtain (or already hold) required insurance licenses
  • Must pass a background check
