Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and helpful manner.

Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries.

Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately.

Provide information about insurance products and services.

Help resolve customer issues and ensure a positive service experience.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license (Required)
  • If you do not carry a PC License we do have positions to lead into a CSR role while you get licensed.
  • Proven experience in insurance customer service, particularly property casualty insurance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic field.
