Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients to understand their life and health insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on policy options and recommend suitable coverage.
  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to existing policyholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up diligently.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license (Required)
  • If you do not carry a P&C License we do have positions to lead into a sales role while you get licensed.
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, particularly property & casualty insurance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine desire to help people find the right insurance solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic field.
