En tant que assistant gerant de restaurant, vous habilitez et dirigez votre equipe afin d'offrir des experiences d'invite exceptionnelles. Vous favorisez un climat de respect au sein de l'equipe de travail en communiquant ouvertement et en faisant preuve de comprehension. Vous etes un expert qui sait former et encadrer une equipe diversifiee afin d'atteindre et de maintenir les normes operationnelles elevees de Tim Hortons. Vous possedez les connaissances, les competences et la vision a long terme necessaires pour appuyer le proprietaire/operateur de restaurant dans l'exploitation reussie de l'entreprise. De plus, votre penchant pour l'excellence operationnelle vous permet de planifier et d'executer facilement les strategies visant a augmenter les ventes et a atteindre les objectifs etablis pour les couts. Vous excellez dans un environnement dynamique! 


Si vous possedez 2-3 annees d'experience en service rapide a titre de superviseur et des connaissances pratiques en matiere de recrutement, formation et encadrement des membres de l'equipe, vous etes un candidat ideal pour ce role.
