Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Assist the Agent with client service tasks, including policy changes and endorsements.
  • Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
  • Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Agent.
  • Handle general office inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Requirements
  • Valid Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License (In Force or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire; licensing fees will be reimbursed.)
  • Previous experience in an insurance agency setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with agency management software and standard office applications.
  • A proactive and helpful attitude.
