Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain high-volume phone activity, follow up on warm corporate leads, and track progress within the [CRM system, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot].
Underwriting Compliance: Collect necessary underwriting information, request carrier quotes, and submit accurate applications.
Client Retention: Conduct annual reviews with existing policyholders to process policy updates, handle renewals, and uncover cross-selling opportunities.
Claims Support: Assist clients during the insurance claims process to maintain strong, long-term relationships and high satisfaction.
