Chuck Nash Insurance - Allstate is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team!

This role combines exceptional customer service with account management, cross-selling, and relationship building. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most to them.

Our agency is committed to your success by providing ongoing coaching, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins and online inquiriesย 
  • Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes and insurance reviews
  • Assist with endorsements, policy renewals and retention efforts
  • Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
  • Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly, positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Highly self-motivated with a "go the extra mile" attitude
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  • Active Property & Casualty License preferred. Candidates with prior Property & Casualty insurance experience who are willing to obtain their license will also be considered.ย
