RESPONSIBILITIES:- Seek out and develop new business through lead generation, referrals, and warm leads
- Confidently navigate Allstate systems and products to quote, bind, and service policies
- Explain coverage options clearly and recommend solutions that fit customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Keep records accurate and up to date while managing policy changes and service requests
QUALIFICATIONS:- Prior Allstate experience is required
- Strong understanding of Allstate products, systems, and workflows
- Active insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
