About the Role

We are building a high-performance final expense insurance sales floor in Houston and are looking for motivated, energetic, and results-driven sales agents to join our growing team.
This is a phone-based sales role focused on helping customers with final expense insurance solutions while working in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented call center environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to final expense insurance products
  • Speak with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through available insurance options
  • Follow company sales processes, scripts, compliance standards, and operational procedures
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and management to improve production and performance
  • Maintain strong activity levels, professionalism, and attendance standards
  • Participate in daily huddles, coaching sessions, and training activities
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
  • Maintain accurate customer information and call documentation within company systems
  • Contribute positively toward floor culture, energy, and team environment.
  • Maintain quality sales practices focused on customer retention and long-term policy persistency
  • Work toward maintaining low chargeback and cancellation ratios through compliant and ethical sales practice
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rate, talk time, activity levels, attendance, and production consistency
  • Maintain professionalism, compliance standards, and proper customer handling throughout all sales interactions

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License required with other active non-resident licenses across multiple states (strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High energy, coachable, and performance-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to handle objections and stay motivated under pressure
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Prior call center, telesales, final expense, Medicare, life insurance, or insurance sales experience is strongly preferred
