Training is paid. Training period is 2 weeks, including product and sales training. Training will be split between virtual, Westland, and Allen Park.
Compensation
$1,000 monthly salary + Commission+ Bonus
Commission Structure
  • all polices must issue from underwriting to receive compensation
  • Commission paid from annual premium on all financial services and fire insurance
  • Commission paid from semi-annual premium on all Auto
