Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, quoting tools, and policy management systems is essential. What are insurance agencies?

Insurance agencies are businesses that help individuals and organizations find, purchase, and manage insurance policies. They act as intermediaries between clients and insurance companies, offering advice on coverage options, quotes, and claims processes. Agencies may specialize in specific types of insurance, such as auto, home, health, or life, and can represent multiple insurance carriers to provide clients with a range of choices. Their main goal is to match clients with the right policies to fit their needs and budget.
