ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This Administrative Assistant role in our Henderson COoffice supports day-to-day operations through data entry, filing, and Excel reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Call in locate tickets for 811
  • Support Excel reporting
  • Organize office supplies
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as faxing, printing, and filing
  • Support team as needed to meet office goals
  • Work in a team environment to accomplish daily goals
  • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, PDFs, Outlook,
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • The physical activity required for this role includes:
    • Sitting for extended periods in an office environment
    • Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching
    • Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment
    • Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
