Personal Lines Insurance AdvisorPosition Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to manage and grow a book of personal insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal insurance, strong relationship-building skills, and a client-first approach.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized coverage recommendations rather than taking a transactional sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients.

  • Consult with clients regarding home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needs.

  • Assess client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding renewals, policy changes, and life events.

  • Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and other insurance service needs.

  • Provide clear explanations of coverage options and help clients make informed decisions.

  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up consistently on outstanding items.

  • Work with multiple insurance carriers to identify suitable coverage options.
